1. What this page is
A sub-processor is a third party that processes your information on our behalf so that we can run AfterService. This page is the published Sub-processor List referred to in section 6.3 of our Privacy Policy.
It covers both the public website at www.afterservice.ai and the AfterService platform at advocate.afterservice.ai. It is complete. We do not give unnamed or unpublished contractors access to your content.

3. Why Anthropic is listed at all
We list Anthropic because we contract for its models and because Privacy Policy section 5.3 discloses it as a US-incorporated provider. We take the conservative position of naming it rather than omitting it.
The substance is narrower than that disclosure suggests. AfterService calls Claude through the Amazon Bedrock Australia-only inference profile. AWS operates the model weights inside ap-southeast-2, and prompts and responses do not leave Australian AWS infrastructure. No AfterService user content is transmitted to Anthropic, and Bedrock does not share customer inputs or outputs with model providers.
4. What we deliberately do not use
The absence of these is as much a part of the disclosure as the table above. As at the effective date, AfterService uses:
- no analytics or product-telemetry service of any kind;
- no advertising, marketing, attribution or tracking service;
- no third-party error-tracking or session-replay service;
- no content delivery network other than Amazon CloudFront;
- no third-party font, script, image or video host. Every asset on the website is served from our own infrastructure; and
- no third-party email or messaging provider outside AWS.
5. Changes to this list
A change of sub-processor is a material update under Privacy Policy section 7.2. When this list changes we increment the version above, record a new effective date, and prompt you to review and re-accept the updated Privacy Policy at your next login.
